The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making any online purchases.
1 – General
You can shop our products through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact us for help at info@limitlessprints.co.za. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Limitless Prints reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted right now. Limitless Prints holds the right to have minor deviations related to material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, that appear on our online store & product designer. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
2 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent via courier. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. Delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on where you would like your items shipped to. Limitless Prints will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

Estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days, if anything else is not announced.
You’ll get free shipping on orders above a certain amount.
3 – Payment
You have the following options:

– Card payments
– Instant EFT by Payfast
Limitless Prints reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Limitless Prints can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
4 – Returns
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 2 days from receiving the goods. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. When returning a product you pay for the shipping cost.

Refunds
You will receive your refund via eft. Limitless Prints are not responsible for any payments into incorrect accounts should incorrect details be provided. It may take up to 7 days before the money to clear in your account.
Returns policy
Items are made to order and not kept as stock items.
No returns on incorrect sizing accepted.
No cancellations accepted after printing has been done
Only faulty items may be returned
Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items Limitless Prints will replace the item, including the return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
5 – Ownership of right
All rights, including copyrights at limitlessprints.co.za remain with the store and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
